Erica advises on a variety of civil and commercial litigation matters, including construction contract disputes. Erica has experience in mediations and other forms of alternative dispute resolution and managing claims at specialist tribunals and hearings at the High Court.
Prior to joining Dawson Harford, Erica worked as a solicitor at a specialist civil and commercial litigation firm in Auckland CBD. She advised numerous bodies corporate and their individual members on defective construction claims at specialist tribunals and the High Court.
Erica is fluent in Korean, and competent in Japanese and Mandarin.
